アプリを利用するユーザー（以下「甲」という）と開発元のPreezy（以下「乙」という）の甲乙間において、
次の事項により利用条件を定めます。

ユーザーエクスペリエンス向上のための、操作情報の収集等

免責事項(Disclaimer)

アプリは乙の都合によりアプリ提供の終了・変更ができるものとします。

アプリの利用によるデータの消失またはデバイスの故障、その他本アプリに関して甲が被った損害は、乙は賠償する責任を一切負わないものとします。

著作権・知的財産権等(Copyright, intellectual property rights, etc.)

著作権その他一切の権利は、乙に帰属します。
